Service/For agencies, PMs and founders

Technical partner
digital agencies
rely on.

One senior developer who takes a brief, comes back with a plan, ships on the date he gave you — and is still there when the client changes their mind in week three.

№ 01 / Who this is for

Three situations,
same fix.

If you recognise your quarter in one of these, we should talk.
01 / No senior on the bench

An agency without a senior dev

You sell the work, you design it beautifully, and then delivery depends on whoever's free. You need one person who can own the technical side of a project without being managed through it.

02 / At capacity

A team that's already full

The work is sold, the roadmap is booked, and the next project either slips or gets subcontracted. Overflow that arrives, reads the codebase and starts shipping — not another onboarding project.

03 / Half-built product

A founder with something half-finished

Someone started it, then left, went quiet, or ran out of runway. I audit what exists, tell you honestly whether to continue, refactor or rebuild, and then do the part you decide on.

№ 02 / Two ways in

What I build
for you.

Two tracks. One dev. Which one you need is usually obvious within a paragraph of the brief.
Fast Launch · from $1,200

Client sites, shipped in days.

For agencies who sold a website last week and need it live next week. WordPress done right — no plugin soup, no drama, client happy.

Custom theme, real content model, the integrations the client actually asked for. Nothing gets solved by installing a fourteenth plugin, and nothing on the site depends on a licence you'll be renewing forever.

Your agency stays the agency. I work under your name, in your tools, on your timeline — the client never needs to know a second company exists, and the handover leaves you able to maintain it without me.

WordPressPHPCustom ThemesACFStripe
  • Kickoff to launch in 5–10 working days
  • White-label — your agency owns the client
  • 30 days of post-launch fixes included
Build & Scale · from $9,000

Platforms built to last.

SaaS products, multi-tenant apps, mobile builds. The projects where "just use a template" stopped being an option three discovery calls ago.

This is architecture work before it's code: how the data is shaped, where the integrations sit, what happens when the second tenant, the second country or the second payment provider arrives. Decisions made early here are the ones nobody can afford to redo later.

I've done it for myself, not just for clients — CarDealerTool is a multi-tenant platform I designed, built and now run in production, alone. That's the standard I'm working to when it's your product.

№ 03 / Process

How it works.

Four steps. No mystery. The kind of cadence a PM can actually plan around.
01
Brief

You share the scope.

Docs, Figma, a voice note, a napkin sketch. I've read worse.

02
Plan

I come back with timeline & cost.

Usually within 48h. Honest scoping — no sandbagging, no surprise changes.

03
Build

Weekly demos. No ghosting.

Staging links from day one. Slack, Basecamp, Notion — I show up where your team lives.

04
Deliver

On time. Tested. Documented.

Handover notes so whoever maintains it next isn't archaeology-digging through my commits.

№ 04 / The baseline

Why agencies
come back.

Based in Chișinău, working across four continents. Building for the web since 2004.
Agencies come back to me because I communicate clearly, deliver on time, and don't disappear mid-project.That should be the baseline for this industry. Somehow it isn't.

Over two decades I've worked with agencies and founders across Europe, the US and Africa — delivering everything from fast WordPress launches to complex, multi-tenant SaaS platforms.

I also publish themes on ThemeForest under FantasyThemes — so the code behind your build has already been stress-tested across 5,906 sales.

If your PM has had a bad week and muttered “I just need a dev who actually replies”— that's usually where I come in.

You always know where it stands
Weekly async video update as standard, sync calls when there's a decision to make rather than for theatre, and staging links from week one. Nothing about the state of your project should ever be a surprise at handoff.
The date I give you is the date
I scope honestly rather than optimistically, which occasionally means telling you a deadline doesn't work before we start instead of apologising for it afterwards. When something does slip, you hear it from me early, not from the client.
Scope changes have a process
The client will change their mind. Change orders are written into every proposal — estimated, approved, then executed. No scope creep, no surprise invoices, no “but you said…” conversations at the end of the project.
I'm still here next quarter
Many agency relationships start as one build and turn into a retainer for maintenance and overflow. I cap how many I run at once, deliberately, so that the person you hired is the person still answering when your client calls in a panic.
№ 05 / Evidence

What I can
show you.

Most of my agency work is under NDA and appears nowhere — here or anywhere else. What's public is what clients signed off on, plus what I own outright.

№ 06 / Cost

The numbers,
before you ask.

I quote fixed-fee when scope is clear, T&M when it isn't — and I'll tell you which is which upfront.
Fast Launch
from $1,200Defined scope, fixed fee

A client site, kickoff to launch in 5–10 working days, white-label under your agency.

Build & Scale
from $9,000Quoted per architecture

Platforms, SaaS products and mobile builds. The number depends on the shape of the system, which is what the plan step is for.

Retainer
$3,500 – $8,000Per month · min. 20 hours

Where most agency relationships end up: maintenance plus overflow. I cap active retainers so nobody ends up at the back of the queue.

№ 07 / FAQ

Questions I get a lot.

The honest version. Written for agency owners and PMs who've been burnt before.
01

Do you sign NDAs and white-label the work?

Yes to both, by default. I never case-study or name-drop a client without written sign-off, and I'm happy to sign your standard mutual NDA before the brief. Most of my agency work never appears on this page.

02

What do you cost?

Fast Launch starts at $1,200 for a defined scope; Build & Scale starts at $9,000. Most retainers land between $3,500 and $8,000 a month, with a 20-hour minimum. I quote fixed-fee when scope is clear, T&M when it isn't — and I'll tell you which is which upfront.

03

What timezone do you work in?

Chișinău is GMT+2 / GMT+3. I overlap comfortably with EU mornings and US east-coast afternoons. For Africa and LATAM clients I flex the schedule — there's always at least a four-hour overlap with your working day.

04

How do you communicate during a project?

Whatever you use — Slack, Basecamp, Notion, ClickUp, Linear, plain old email. Weekly async video update is standard; sync calls when decisions need making, not for theatre. Staging links from week one so nothing is a surprise at handoff.

05

Do you work on retainer, or project-by-project?

Both. Many agency relationships start as a one-off build and become a retainer for maintenance and overflow. Minimum retainer is 20 hours a month. I cap active agency retainers so nobody ends up at the back of the queue.

06

Can you take over a project another dev started?

Yes, and I do it often. First step is always a paid audit — usually a day or two — so I can tell you honestly whether to continue, refactor, or rebuild. No emotional attachment to other people's code.

07

What if the client changes their mind halfway through?

They will. I plan for it. Change-order process is written into every proposal — scope changes get estimated, approved, and then executed. No scope creep, no surprise invoices, no “but you said…” conversations.
