The Production Kit

I've been building for the web since 2004. Themes, WordPress sites, then platforms. For the last year and a half I've built with AI, on real projects for clients in four countries: a course platform for lawyers, dealer websites, a catalog and CRM for a Xerox reseller, and CarDealerTool, my own SaaS for independent car dealers in the US. Two Claude Code sessions do the work. One plans the job and checks the report. One writes the code. Written rules keep both of them honest, because AI works fast and is wrong with confidence.

The Production Kit is what came out of those projects: the rules, the job and report format, the deploy with rollback, the memory between sessions, and the real case behind every rule. Live projects, real clients. Not examples.
